🕋🤍 في موسم #حج47، كان لنا شرف الإسهام بعدد من المشاريع والمبادرات المرتبطة بخدمة #ضيوف_الرحمن، ضمن المنظومة الوطنية 🇸🇦 منها تدشين العيادات الطبية الرقمية داخل الحرمين الشريفين، لدعم المنظومة الصحية عبر تقنيات #الذكاء_الاصطناعي والتطبيب عن بُعد، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الخدمة، وتقليل الضغط على المرافق الصحية خلال مواسم الذروة. كما ساهمنا في تجهيز وتهيئة المركز الصحي الموسمي بمشعر منى، إلى جانب إطلاق “شــفـــــاء العيــــــون” لتقديم عمليات المياه البيضاء واستعادة الإبصار لضيوف الرحمن، كأول مواسم مبادرة “شـفـــــــاء” الصحية. كما امتدت الجهود إلى مراكز القيادة والتحكم الهندسية بالحرمين الشريفين "سكينة"، حيث شارك مركز الحرم المكي في خدمة موسم الحج للعام الثاني على التوالي، فيما شارك مركز الحرم النبوي للمرة الأولى، بما يعزز سرعة الاستجابة وكفاءة التشغيل. وامتد العمل كذلك إلى تشجير مناطق المشاة بالشراكة مع أمانة العاصمة المقدسة، في خطوة نأمل أن ينعكس أثرها مستقبلًا على جودة البيئة وتجربة الزائر داخل نطاق الحرم. واليوم لا تزال الجهود مستمرة مع شركائنا لمتابعة النتائج وقياس أثر هذه التدخلات، والبناء على فرص التطوير في المواسم القادمة. الحمد لله على هذه الفرص والنعم 🤍 #حياكم_الله || #حج1447 هـ During #Hajj47, we had the privilege of contributing to several initiatives that support the experience of pilgrims as part of #SaudiArabia’s integrated efforts to serve the Guests of Allah 🇸🇦 This season saw the launch of the "AML" digital clinics within the Two Holy Mosques, utilizing #AI-enabled healthcare and telemedicine technologies to enhance service efficiency and support healthcare delivery during peak periods. We also contributed to the preparation of the seasonal health center in Mina, alongside launching the first season of "Shifa Al-Oyoun," a healthcare initiative providing cataract surgeries and vision restoration services for pilgrims and visitors. Our efforts further extended to the "Sakena" engineering command and control centers within the Two Holy Mosques. This season marked the second consecutive Hajj supported by the #Makkah center and the first Hajj supported by the #Madinah center, enhancing operational readiness and response efficiency. In partnership with the Holy MakkahMunicipality, we also contributed to greening pedestrian areas around the Haram, supporting a more sustainable and welcoming environment for visitors. Today, we continue working with our partners to assess outcomes, measure impact, and identify opportunities for further improvement in future seasons.
