Prisen uddeles af INFORMS, der er et vigtigt internationalt selskab, hvert andet år, og den gives som anerkendelse af en ung forskers fremragende bidrag til applied probability. “Ivanovs's work is characterized by powerful technical skill, sophisticated reasoning, and great attention to exposition.
