Small things. But they quietly told me one thing: "This person pays attention." ❤️ And in recruitment, that matters more than most candidates realize. Because before I even get to your experience... You've already shown me how you work. How you show up. How seriously you take the details. Sometimes, the little things introduce you long before your experience does. ❤️
