Scaling global energy infrastructure starts with the right foundations. The strategic alignment between ExxonMobil’s capabilities in India and the country’s goals has never been stronger. We believe that India has strong potential to advance into building highly specialized equipment such as mega modules. Mega modules are massive pre-assembled units used to build petrochemical plants and refineries. In the last two years alone, ExxonMobil affiliates have sourced equipment worth $100 million USD from India. There are plans to scale that significantly, to billions of dollars through the end of the decade. This progress is supported by a skilled workforce, improving connectivity, and a supply chain that continues to strengthen.
