Excited to welcome Aiden Brotman to our growth team! Fun fact: Aiden is also a musician and has been playing trumpet & guitar for almost his whole life. He also loves to travel and has been to over 20 countries! ✨ What made you choose to join Extend? "I’ve always wanted to carve out a niche for myself on a smart, high-growth team in an industry that’s evolving quickly. One of the biggest selling points for me was getting to spend a full day with the team during the interview process. Everyone was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely excited about what they were building. I’ve also always been drawn to cutting-edge technology and love helping people understand the impact it can have. Beyond that, I see huge potential in the space Extend operates in as more companies adopt AI and scale rapidly." ✨ What has been your favorite part so far? "I spent my first week with the team at our offsite in Cabo, which was an unforgettable way to start. Watching some of our engineers and AEs literally bungee jump was pretty wild, and the trip gave me a chance to get to know everyone on a personal level before diving into work. Since coming back, I’ve learned a lot. Everyone is genuinely excited about where the company is headed and how quickly we’re scaling. I’ve been especially impressed by the toolkit itself and hearing engineers and product teams talk about how transformative the features are. It’s been the kind of environment where you really get ownership over your work, and where anyone can make a meaningful impact regardless of role or tenure." Pumped you're with us, Aiden!
