Key highlights: ✅ ORR 64.6%, DCR 96.3% overall ✅ Impressive intracranial activity (ORR 66.2%, DCR 96.9%) in 65 brain mets patients ✅ Median PFS hit 66.7 months; median OS not reached ✅ Prior ALK TKI response >12 months = strong survival predictor ✅ Mild toxicity: only 8.1% grade ≥3 AEs, no permanent discontinuation Important caveat: cohort enriched for prior TKI responders, limiting broader generalizability to primary resistance populations.
