You are already classifying your AI systems under the EU AI Act. But are you sure you are doing it correctly?   The European Commission has now released 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐀𝐈 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬.   Until now, one of the biggest problems for people responsible for AI compliance has been the lack of practical guidance on where high-risk classification actually begins and ends.   The draft guidance is worth reading.
