Some breakthroughs happen at a massive scale. This one happens in channels thinner than a human hair. This week on Tech Tuesday, we’re looking at microfluidic chip cooling, a technique that sends liquid coolant through microscopic channels built into or near a chip. Instead of cooling the processor from the outside, it removes heat closer to where it is generated. Some designs use nature inspired branching patterns to move coolant evenly, while AI helps map hotspots with precision. For high-performance GPUs and AI processors, this could mean better speed, stability, and less thermal throttling. #TechTuesday #ArtificialIntelligence #Semiconductor #ExperionTechnologies
