We’ve spent the last decade proving that experience isn’t just a one-off activation—it’s a foundational pillar of the brand operating system. And in 2025, we saw it pay off. As our CEO & Founder, Brett Hyman, told Campaign US, “we’re not living on an island of activation anymore, experience has finally moved upstream," giving us the creative latitude to deliver results that are more impactful and meaningful for our partners. That shift helped make 2025 a defining year for NVE. We pushed the boundaries of craft with viral work for iconic brands like The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Pinterest, and Diageo. We grew our B2B business 175% by taking our culture-rooted, entertainment-fueled approach into the B2B space, proving corporate summits can be as exciting as festivals. We invested in NVE’s future, welcoming our first Chief Operating Officer Megan Barron, and establishing our first international office in London. And while others slashed DEIB budgets, we increased ours and doubled down on DEIB initiatives. As we continue to grow, NVE remains anchored by its independence. “Our stakeholders are our clients and our employees, and that's it. Our accountability is to our craft. And right now, we think that clarity is what allows us to deliver the best result to clients."
