Hiring faster isn’t the goal... Hiring with clarity is the goal. Most “hard-to-fill” roles aren’t hard to fill, it's usually because the hiring team can’t answer the same 5 questions the same way. Here’s the 5-question intake we use before we recruit: What problem does this role solve in the first 90 days? What are the must-have skills (non-negotiables) vs. trainables? What does “great” look like at 30/60/90 days? Who does this person need to influence internally? What would make you say “no” fast in an interview?
