Operations Senior Executive | Executive Leadership | Pharmaceuticals | Transformational Change | Operational Performance

Two sites. Two countries. One clear message: transformational change is happening — and it’s being driven by the people on the floor. 🚀 Under the leadership of Daniel G. & Sergey Sterlikov and with support of the The OSICS Network team, I was there witnessing and supporting the momentum building in both Synthon Hispania and Synthon Česká republika. The energy in both sites is unmistakable. 🇪🇸 Synthon Hispania — three teams, all firing: At AO, Mónica Lozano Ruiz and Gisela Canals Buj are already delivering — quick win improvements implemented, shop floor irritants actively resolved. Fast, focused, impactful. At Packaging, Jorge Rodríguez López , Maria jose nieto Alberto Garcia and Milena Caporalini are pushing boundaries. Setup time nearly eliminated through 3D-printed jig in the 1st trail, machine speed lifted to a new performance level — and two major irritants committed to be resolved before my next visit. That’s ownership. In Zone 3 (Bulk Production), Gaizka Ormazabal , Mariana L. , Marta Torres Arce Esther Bertolín Baixeras and Judith Nadal walked me through impressive early results: cleaning efficiency gains, reduced C/O time, operator standard work pilot run was like clock work!, and non-value-added time eliminated. 🇨🇿 Synthon Česká republika — equally energising: With the Analytical Operations team — Roman bosko Jiří Kadlec and Andrea Procházková — I reviewed the outcomes of the first workshops and the early reads from the new daily performance boards. Promising start. The AO planning & scheduling team gave me a sharp view into the complexity their centre of expertise lab navigates daily. With the production team — Tomáš Cikrle , Václav Oslzlý and @Tomáš horacek (joining remotely) — we dug into yield improvement, skill matrix development, performance management and the structured approach to resolving shop floor irritants. Solid foundations being built. This is what transformation looks like in practice: not a programme, but people stepping up, solving problems, and building something better — together. Proud to be part of it. 💪 #Synthon #Pharmaceuticals #Affordablemedicines #SynthonChile #Innovation #pharmainnovation #healthcaretransformation #genericsmedicines #HealthInnovation #PharmaIndustry #pharmaceuticalmanufacturers
