Do your team members want the best for each other? From the very depths of their soul? ❤️ Yesterday I was humbled to facilitate a Retro, Values and Culture Day with the crew from Hachiko, who have had a wonderful year. Full day. Reflection. Values alignment. And conversations most teams avoid. Here's a rare thing, that really WOW'd me yesterday: These people genuinely care from their soul about each other. Not performatively. Not just "professionally." Deeply. And because that foundation exists, they celebrate their culture and success, and could have the courageous, trust building conversations that most teams dodge. Not always easy. Not always comfortable. But very real. And I'm grateful—genuinely humble—to get to sit in rooms like this. With people who want this level of clarity and care for each other. Because hey here's the thing Most teams skip this. Too busy. Too uncomfortable. Too "unproductive." And then they wonder why there's misalignment and tension. Why conversations feel surface-level and opaque. Why trust erodes slowly over time. The conversations you might be avoiding? Those are the ones that would unlock the gold, and all the untapped potential. 🪙 To Rakhesh Martyn and the Hachiko team, you've built something special. And the possibilities are full in 2026!
