Played the delightful Machrie course on Islay today and while it is a trek to get to once you are hear it is worth it - stunning scenery and wonderful layout thru the dunes - very playable and wider fairways than you would expect but don’t let that full you hit wrong side of fairway and you have a totally blind second - uninterrupted view from correct side Our personal favourite holes we the par 5 second a superb risk reward tee shot which can make it reachable Par 3 9th which shows par threes can be tough even at 146yds downhill Par 4 16th a 444 yd dog leg par 4 with wonderful green complex at the end To be fair not many bad holes and defo one for your bucket list 🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♂️ #golf #egtgolftour #scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
