"𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀." We just wrapped the "Leading with AI" module of our 𝗖𝗔𝗦 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗜, and the tangible sense of purpose in the room from Thursday through Saturday was incredible. Our goal is to move beyond the hype and address the hard questions that leaders face in 2026. This module did exactly that, thanks to our world-class faculty: 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: 𝗔𝗜 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 – Prof. Dr. Florent Thouvenin kicked us off with a masterclass on the legal and ethical frameworks that must underpin any AI strategy. Governance is the "safety rail" that allows for true innovation. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: We explored the 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 from two critical angles: ▶️ Prof. Dr. Lauren Howe challenged us to rethink leadership: Can AI truly lead? Can it substitute for human empathy? ▶️ Prof. Dr. Anand van Zelderen pushed the boundaries of collaboration: Should we treat AI as a tool or as a "co-worker" – and who gets the credit for the work? 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗿𝗮 – We concluded with a vital truth: 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. Executives must take ownership. We focused on the trifecta of execution: AI-savviness, organizational purpose, and the leadership behaviors that align them.
