AI Use Case Identification & Implementation – Part 3 – Operating Model AI is on everyone’s agenda – but many organizations still struggle with the question: Which AI use cases truly create value, how do we systematically identify and implement them in our operating model? With our PAIramid Framework, we provide a structured approach to tackle this challenge. The third level – “The Operating Model” – helps organizations to define required adaptions to the operating model along the dimensions: processes, decision making, capabilities, incentives and organizational structure. In our recent survey with German SMEs, we found that operating models remain largely unprepared for AI which prevents scalable value creation as for example decision making has not changed according to the new requirements.
