“You will not lose your job to AI. You will lose your job to a person who knows how to use AI better than you do.” That’s the sentence at the center of our CEO Robert Schulte’s latest essay, and it reframes the whole conversation. The alarmist version (“AI is coming for your job”) is mostly useless. It leaves you no move except fear. Robert’s framing puts the agency back where it belongs: the variance over the next five years isn’t about luck or seniority. It’s about the posture you take in the next twelve months.
