Damn close to the milling spindle 🚀 So close that the turret delivers milling results clearly aligned with the performance of classic milling spindles. That was the goal of a retrofit project with BCS Maschinenbau GmbH. An INDEX G300 was overhauled, equipped with SINUMERIK ONE and the turret disk was fundamentally redesigned. The result is the “BCS‑EWS‑ProLine” for maximum stability and damping. Perfectly matched: our ProLine tooling line and the EWS.Varia VX quick-change system for reduced setup times. 💡 See the result in the video.
