Forget what you think a virtual-first fellowship looks like. Right now, a group of EWOR Fellows, team members, and community members are co-living and co-working at our Tenerife Community House for 5 weeks. Mornings are for building. Afternoons are for deep work alongside founders as cracked and slightly unhinged as you are. Evenings are harder to describe. The kind of conversations that only happen when you're eating, sweating, and problem-solving alongside the same people day after day. The surfing sessions are humbling.
