Building better brands, defending them under pressure and delivering on sustainability across the business. 💡 That was the agenda of the 2026 EW Group Synergy Meeting Marketing & Communications in Edinburgh, where colleagues from across our subsidiaries came together for two days of strategic exchange. Two days, two communities, one shared ambition: to sharpen how we build, communicate, and live our brands across the Group. What made the conversations stand out was the willingness to move past polished narratives and into the substance. How visibility in the life sciences is becoming strategic in an era shaped by AI and digital discovery, how the most credible voice in employer branding sits not in a corporate channel but with our people, and how strong brand work today means creating real value for society across every dimension of what a brand is and does. Sustainability reinforced how much is already happening across the Group, across innovation and breeding, animal and human health, emissions and water, employees and technology. The conversations showed that real progress on these five pillars comes when subsidiaries exchange experience openly and turn it into shared momentum. And that is what we'll keep building on.
