Congrats Pendula! Thrilled to share that Pendula has been acquired by the UK based Smart Communications. (backed by Accel-KKR and Cinven). The transaction marks another exit for EVP Fund II, and adds to the growing track record of Australian software companies competing on the global stage. We are proud to have partnered with Alex Colvin back in 2018 and have watched him grow the company into a global leader within the customer communications space.
