#Scope3 reporting is moving into a new phase. For #RealEstate companies, the proposed #GHGProtocol Scope 3 revisions are expected to raise the bar on #DataQuality, boundary setting and evidence behind reported #emissions. This means areas such as #TenantData, #EmbodiedCarbon, joint ventures (JVs) structures and emissions will need stronger data foundations and clearer methodologies.
