For Phiona, a chemist working in our ESHQ function, diversity is about creating a workplace where people feel respected, valued, and comfortable being themselves. As an active member of our Employee Resource Group EQuALS, Phiona shares in her Diversity Story how employee-led networks help make diversity tangible across regions, creating opportunities for connection, learning, and support.
