👥 Michael Rauch appointed as Evonik's new Chief Financial Officer Rauch (54) is well-acquainted with the chemical industry, having spent 16 years at Henkel. He also brings extensive capital market experience. Most recently, Rauch served as interim CEO of the vending machine operator Selecta AG. Prior to that, he spent five years at CompuGroup Medical, first as CFO and later as CEO. He will assume his role at Evonik on May 1. Kullmann has also served as CFO on an interim basis since September. "In personal conversations, I have gained a very good impression of Michael Rauch," he says. "We have major challenges to overcome and need a crisis-proof, experienced executive like him. At the same time, a heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Claus Rettig, who has been performing the operational tasks in the Finance Department since September."
