After 41 years, Paul Harmsen would have preferred to simply close his office door quietly behind him and head into retirement with one final handshake. But the size of the footsteps he leaves behind – and even more, the appreciation and connection felt by his colleagues – made it clear that they wanted to thank him properly. Together with long‑time companions, they gathered to celebrate his dedication, his kindness and his remarkable contributions. And of course, to wish him all the very best for his well‑deserved retirement – personally and in one last cheerful get‑together. Just the way they always worked with Paul.
