The first sod has officially been turned at Narangba Heights Shopping Centre, marking the beginning of a project that will help shape one of South East Queensland's fastest-growing communities. Evolve® joined our client Oxmar Properties, project partners, future tenants and stakeholders onsite to celebrate the official commencement of construction on this exciting new retail and lifestyle destination. Delivering more than $35 million of construction works across a 7.4-hectare site, Narangba Heights Shopping Centre represents a significant investment in the future of the Moreton Bay region. Stage One will feature a full-line Coles supermarket, specialty retail, dining precincts, commercial tenancies and a service station, creating a convenient neighbourhood hub for local residents. A huge thank you to those who have helped bring this vision to life. We look forward to seeing the project take shape in the months ahead.
