Challenge: dream job wanted Please repost/comment for maximum reach! I know, guys, it doesn’t work to ‘visualize my dreams’ and ‘tell the universe what I really want’. 😂 Instead, I’m telling you, my LinkedIn buddies! 😎 I know, there is someone, who is dreaming of finding a creative, yet structured person to not just move their project forward, but to really rock-n-roll the market, and the product, and the strategy! But the ‘send your CV’ process isn’t working to find the best of the best! 😕 Can we break the spell, and find me a better job, a better match than I would do by scrolling and filling the forms? The dream job I’m getting is like this: 1️⃣ I get to develop a big strategic vision for a new product. The idea is bright and shiny, but the market is an unknown land. We get to discover this land, or we get to create it. And we get to build our project, and settle there, like Robinson Crusoe! 2️⃣ I get to build products with my own hands. Each week my team brainstorms product hypotheses - like dots on a map. But then I go and build us a ship to get there (with the help of technical wizards, if our ship needs to carry a heavy load, or go further than before). 3️⃣ A team driven by purpose of making people’s lives better. Our product helps build the future, that serves the digital nomad lifestyle well. Working with information and data in all forms, creatorship and creator economy, easing the boundaries of countries and financial systems, the immersive experiences of metaverse, and nourishing our healthy body and mind. By the way, did you know that the Economist expects 1 billion digital nomads in the world by 2035? 4️⃣ We dig into data to understand the ‘how’ and the ‘why’, to get a better idea of how the world works. I am a numbers nerd, but it’s more about telling the story around the core numbers! 5️⃣ Learning from the great minds: enterpreneurial, technical and creative! I get to learn from my team’s different experiences. And it’s not only about work: we bring ourselves, our personalities, our different cultural background. 6️⃣ And the core one: work is about fun!
