Together, they ran a session on what actually moves the needle. Here's what they brought to the table: Account research that used to take two hours per rep now takes 15 minutes. Adoption hit 67%. That last number is the interesting one. Because 67% isn't a technology story. It's a data discipline story. What came out of the conversation: -> Connecting your CRM to an AI tool gets you halfway. What gets you the rest of the way is teaching it what your data actually means, the context that lives nowhere in your field labels. -> Most teams ship the integration and stop. The ones hitting real adoption numbers started structuring their data before they had a use case for it. -> By the time they needed it, it was ready. That's the gap.
