Today, on , we are reminded that health is not just the absence of disease it is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. This year’s theme, “Together for health. Stand with science,” highlights the power of unity and evidence in shaping better health outcomes. It calls on all of us to trust science, promote accurate information, and work collectively toward stronger, more resilient health systems. As a medical student and advocate for holistic care, I believe that building healthier communities goes beyond hospitals. It requires education, prevention, equity, and empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being. Let us continue to champion accessible healthcare, support mental health, and address the social determinants that shape health outcomes because health is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. Together, for health. Always guided by science. #WorldHealthDay #StandWithScience #HealthForAll #MedicalStudents #PublicHealth #Wellbeing Husna Khamis World Health Organization Rafia Iddy Ahmad Chongera Ntuli Kapologwe Erick Mahatara Dr. Jean Kaseya Kuduishe Kisowile Anodi Kaihula Dr. Salmaan D.
