🚩 Important milestone for Project Frigg and European hydrogen development We are pleased to announce that Everfuel has received notification of production support under the European Hydrogen Bank for the first phase of our Project Frigg. The support amounts to EUR 0.98/kg hydrogen (~EUR 244.9 million) for 200 MW of electrolyser capacity, marking a significant step forward for large-scale green hydrogen production in Denmark. Project #Frigg is being developed at Revsing Energy Park in Vejen Kommune, with a phased ambition of up to 2 GW of capacity, connected to the Danish-German hydrogen backbone and supplying industrial customers in Germany. This outcome reflects: 🟩 Strong competitiveness and maturity of the Frigg project 🟩 Continued momentum for hydrogen in Denmark 🟩 Growing European commitment to industrial decarbonisation Short-term focus now shifts to enabling a successful pipeline booking📣 “While encouraged by the support, our focus now turns to securing capacity in the hydrogen pipeline. Several key commercial and regulatory conditions still need to be addressed to enable booking, and we will continue engaging closely with policymakers, infrastructure operators and partners to move this forward in parallel with our offtake discussions,” says Jacob Krogsgaard. A strong thank you to our partners and stakeholders. We look forward to progressing Frigg and contributing to a scalable European hydrogen market.
