😫 Sourcing struggles....I am sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, I check for candidate's email on SalesQL since I don't have any more InMails left, nothing. I check for candidate's email on Juicebox and it's there, although sometimes they attribute wrong emails to candidates. I plug the email back into candidate's LinkedIn profile, send out my message and hope and pray they actually receive it in their inbox folder and I don't get flagged for spam. Why can't one platform provide all of these, seamlessly and effectively, without the extra hassle. Btw. I tried sourcing on Juicebox, but I am not convinced yet that it is more effective than LinkedIn when it comes to response rates. Inaccuracies with wrong emails attributed to wrong candidate profiles, low response rates. But the speed of reaching out to people is definitely faster. #linkedinrecruiter #salesql #juicebox
