Calling all EV charging service providers! A quick reminder that applications are closing soon for two key government funding opportunities supporting charging infrastructure: NSW DC Fast Charging Program (Round 4) – applications due this Friday The DRIVEN Program (Charger Rebate Stream) – applications due next week The NSW program is part of a multi-million dollar effort to co-fund the rollout of public fast-charging stations across the state—helping fill coverage gaps, ensure chargers are available along major routes, and accelerate a truly statewide network. At a national level, the DRIVEN program is designed to support dealerships and repairers to install EV chargers, with rebates of up to $3,000 per unit and broader funding aimed at building the capability needed to sell, service and support EVs across Australia. Together, these represent the two current open pathways for government support—targeting both public fast-charging rollout and the behind-the-scenes infrastructure needed to scale EV adoption. If you’re looking to expand infrastructure or capability, now’s the time to act.
