Evatec is pleased to announce that we are expanding our collaboration with Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) as they installed a second CLUSTERLINE® 200 thin film cluster tool at their Villach facility. This investment strengthens our shared focus on developing advanced thin film processes for the high-performance metal and nitride films behind emerging Wireless, Power, and MEMS applications.   The new system adds advanced etch, sputter, and high-temperature processing capabilities, integrating Evatec's custom HiPIMS source technology.   The partnership has been further reinforced by a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding between our two companies.   Read the full press release here: https://lnkd.in/emxKusEw #TheThinFilmPowerhouse #SiliconAustriaLabs
