Last night marked the close of our latest Fleet Marketing campaign — and what a journey it has been! Over the past two months, leading our field teams has been an incredible experience. From the very first van rolling out in August to the final activation, this project has embodied what TRO does best: precision, coordination, and teamwork all at scale and pace. Being back on the ground has given me to opportunity to play a central role in the collaboration between TRO, Amazon and Aura Brand Solutions teams - it has been a true demonstration of what happens when great teams align with one purpose and goal in mind. Personally, this campaign has been a brilliant reminder for me of how much I love the pace and challenge of field work — managing large teams, solving problems on the move, and seeing how our strategy and the countless hours of planning realised in real time. I’ve learned a lot, grown as a manager, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve delivered together. Thank you so very much Tony Foice-Beard , I’ve really appreciated your complete trust and support throughout this campaign and it’s been a privilege to work alongside you.
