Cardiorespiratory fitness is a powerful tool for preventing and managing atrial fibrillation (#AFib), yet critical gaps remain in certain populations. Minority and female groups, despite being disproportionately affected by AFib risk factors, remain underrepresented in clinical research. In our publication in Reviews in Cardiovascular Medicine, we explore these disparities and highlight urgent areas for future research to improve care for all patients. Big thanks to my co-authors Samir Shah and Apostolos Tsimploulis for their contributions to this important work! #AF #CRF #Cardiology #HeartHealth #HealthEquity #MedicalResearch
