Resident Physician (NIH/NIAID StARR Scholar) at the Emory University School of Medicine
I am ecstatic to share that I've officially graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and earned my MD! I am forever indebted to my loving family, supportive friends and classmates, and devoted mentors guided me in this incredible journey. Any success I've had is ultimately your own. Ever since being accepted off the waitlist late in June 2021, I have had the immense privilege of calling Georgetown home. From in-house exam periods, standardized tests, and challenging clinical rotations, GUSOM has shaped me into someone I could have hardly imagined as a pre-medical student. Over these four years, I have cared for patients in their darkest moments, traveled overseas to study neglected disease, developed and executed policy solutions in our nation's capital, engaged with leaders from the world’s largest healthcare companies, and mentored the students who will follow in my footsteps. In doing so, I've tried to give back to those who took a chance one me with that acceptance call--the opportunity that changed my life. Georgetown wasn’t just where I became a doctor—it’s where I became a better person. And for that, I will always be grateful. - Evan Czulada, MD #DoctorOfMedicine #MedicalSchool #MDGrad #HoyaMD2025 #Hoya2025 #GUSOM #GeorgetownMed #WashingtonDC
