🤝 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵 During our offsite in 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵, we deliberately took time - for workshops, for exchange, and for what often gets lost in a workday shaped by a lot of remote work: 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Alongside the content-focused sessions, it was the shared moments that truly defined these days. Shared meals, conversations without an agenda, time spent in a beer garden, a city walk - and an evening watching the Europa League final Aston Villa Football Club vs. Sport-Club Freiburg e.V. together. Especially because we work mostly remotely, days like these are particularly valuable. They create shared context, strengthen trust, and make collaboration easier - 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
