14AMI Project goes EVG Headquarters 🙌: We’re excited to host the consortia meeting of the 14AMI working group this week in St. Florian am Inn! Around 30 international industry experts are coming together to develop next-generation solutions for the 14- Ångström CMOS node — including the integration of complementary field-effect transistors (CFETs) and cutting-edge metrology solutions for wafer and mask inspection. Looking forward to great discussions, strong collaboration, and a shared drive to push semiconductor innovation forward 💡   This project is co-funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101111948 and the FFG (www.ffg.at).
