Sustainability and demountability are becoming increasingly important in modern construction. Screw foundations offer a resource-efficient and technically reliable solution for this purpose. Since neither soil sealing or concrete-based materials are required during installation, natural soil structures are largely preserved. At the same time, material usage, transportation costs, and disruption to the subsoil are reduced. Another key advantage is the systems’ complete demountability: screw foundations can be removed after use and returned to the material cycle without permanently altering the subsoil.
