š¤ We are pleased to share that the EUI has signed new cooperation agreements with the Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze and the Fondazione MUS.E in Florence. These partnerships are an important part of 'OPEN', our new civic engagement initiative that creates a dialogue between academic research, artistic practice, and public participation. Hosted in the newly restored Palazzo Buontalenti, home of our School of Transnational Governance, the 'OPEN' exhibition transforms a historic Florentine landmark into a space where art and research meet. š Through the work of renowned artists and the research of EUI alumna Johanna Gautier-Morin, the project explores themes such as sustainability, memory, and the invisible dimensions of economic life. The agreements will support exchanges between students, researchers, and artists and foster collaborative projects including exhibitions, workshops, and training activities. š As the EUI marks its 50th anniversary, these partnerships reflect our commitment to strengthening connections between academia and the cultural fabric of Florence, creating new opportunities for dialogue, creativity, and civic engagement. š Read our latest piece on these agreements here: https://loom.ly/uJh07-E
