The European Commission has launched a call for applications to join the RAISE High-Level Academic Advisory Board. 📢 The Resource for AI in Science in Europe (RAISE) is a virtual institute launched in November 2025 to pool European AI resources, including computing power, funding, talent and data, to drive excellence in AI science. The Advisory Board will play a key role in providing independent scientific advice and strategic recommendations to help unlock the full potential of AI Science and accelerate scientific breakthroughs. The expert group will guide the implementation of EU’s AI in Science Strategy and the long-term development of RAISE. Leading academics in AI research, working at the interface between AI fundamental research and its application across scientific disciplines, are invited to apply. ⏳ The call is open until 4 September at https://bit.ly/4wofFvO
