Some legal careers are built around a single field. Paulius Astromskis has chosen a broader path, connecting corporate law, FinTech, cybersecurity and academic research into one multidisciplinary practice. As Partner and Advocate at EXE.Legal, Paulius works mainly with corporate and contract law, licensing and compliance for FinTech companies, including lending, crowdfunding and crypto related matters. His practice also includes selected disputes and advisory work connected to emerging technologies and regulated markets. Alongside legal practice, Paulius is deeply involved in academia. He is an Assistant Professor at several Lithuanian universities and Head of the Master’s Program in Financial Law at Vytautas Magnus University. His research explores legal regulation, cybersecurity and emerging technologies, with a particular interest in AI and its impact on law, business and society. As ELTA Ambassador for Lithuania, Paulius brings a distinctive combination of legal practice, academic depth and technological curiosity to the European LegalTech community.
