ELN Programme Head for Nuclear and Multilateral Disarmament, Oliver Meier, spoke to Deutsche Welle about Iran's capacity to build a nuclear bomb under the JCPOA, versus today, and the potential for a new deal. He argues that whilst the US/Israeli strikes have limited Iran's technical ability to create nuclear weapons, politically, Iranians may now feel they need them to deter future attacks. https://lnkd.in/eFj8tux4
