We are proud to announce the Frans Claas Award, established by the European Federation for Immunogenetics to support early-career professionals in Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics in attending the International Summer School. Named in honor of Professor Frans Claas, a pioneering transplant immunologist and passionate advocate for education, collaboration, and equal access to scientific opportunities, this award aims to remove financial barriers and create greater access to high-quality training for young professionals worldwide, particularly those from under-resourced regions. Each award includes: ✔ Full IHSS registration coverage ✔ Travel support (economy class) ✔ Accommodation support ✔ EFI membership for one year By investing in the next generation of H&I professionals, the Frans Claas Award contributes to a stronger, more diverse, and globally connected scientific community.
