🚨Europe's cities and regions are preparing but not ready yet for the quantum era. Today we publish the first study ever exploring what quantum technology 's potential is for local and regional authorities. 4 things to watch👇: ▪️ Awareness of quantum technologies is still low ▪️ Preparedness for post-quantum cybersecurity is limited ▪️ Cities and regions could use quantum technologies to improve infrastructure, communication, urban management ▪️ A new "quantum divide" could emerge between regions that prepare and those that do not Still, quantum isn't a distant future.
