All 27 EU countries - together with policymakers, local leaders, and civil society - stand united for women’s rights.     They’ve endorsed the Declaration of Principles for a Gender-Equal Society.    We renewed our promise to keep advancing women's rights by:      💪 Stop gender-based violence, online and offline  🏥 Guarantee respectful healthcare and reproductive rights  💷 Close the pay gap and empower women financially  👶👵 Share care duties and ensure quality childcare and eldercare  💼 Equal jobs, safe workplaces and career growth for women  📚 Gender-equal education and training opportunities  🗳️ Achieve gender balance in leadership and politics  ⚖️ Build policies and systems that deliver real equality  This is for all Europeans – a commitment to your rights.
