Russia's Tuapse refinery doesn't get to rest. Ukraine's drones came in from the Black Sea before dawn on 28 April and set four more tanks burning, this time inside the refinery itself. Local residents counted more than 10 explosions overnight. By 6 a.m., city cameras showed a column of black smoke rising over the facility. OSINT channel Cyber Boroshno warned the fire could spread further along the chain of tanks, with serious consequences for the refinery if it does. The previous fires were extinguished only on 24 April. Four days later, Ukraine was back. The campaign has shifted from harassment to systematically dismantling Russia's oil export infrastructure faster than it can be repaired. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dkmxzPA8
