On International Women’s Day, we take the opportunity to recognize the women across our organization who make a difference every day through their commitment, expertise and care for their work and colleagues. Did you know that women represent nearly 50% of our workforce? Their contributions are felt throughout the entire company. From day-to-day operations to long-term vision, their involvement is essential to who we are and how we grow. We are proud to have strong women in every part of our organization: in management, administration, HR, as team leaders and as operators on the floor.
