𝗔𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲.   At Euroclear, Pride Month is about more than celebration. It's about 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.   This year, across our locations, colleagues came together through initiatives that reflected our commitment to- openness and belonging, including:   🔸 an job fair promoting equal opportunities in Poland 🔸 a webinar on queer history and being yourself at work 🔸 support for Classical Pride in London 🔸 a Pride Month walk in Kraków exploring local LGBTQ+ stories and perspectives 🔸 our annual Drag Bingo fundraiser in Brussels 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁. Alongside raising awareness, our own Proud Network has helped advance meaningful initiatives, from promoting 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 to supporting LGBTQIA+ communities through 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴. Through our 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗥𝗖𝘀) 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, we raised over €𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 LE REFUGE LGBTQIA+ OPVANGHUIS, an organisation supporting young LGBTQIA+ people facing homelessness and unsafe living situations in Belgium. 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀.   These initiatives reflect two values that guide us every day: 👐 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 for one another and the communities around us  💡𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 to learn from different perspectives and build a workplace where everyone feels they belong 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 👇
