He spoke about the importance of simplifying the organization, embracing technology, and having the courage to change structures that no longer serve the mission. What impressed me most was his focus on listening to the next generation. Great leaders don't just protect what was built yesterdayโthey prepare for what must be built tomorrow. He also reminded us never to forget the people who believed in the vision from the beginning. The partners, supporters, and believers who stayed committed to the dream long before success arrived.
