Your tool says upgrade to the pro plan. Nobody is saying the thing that needs to be said. The email is fine. The offer is the problem. Nobody replied because nobody cared about what you were selling. Not because of the subject line. Not because of the send time. Not because of the tool. 500 emails a day into the wrong message is just 500 rejections a day. Fix the offer first.
